The hotel has an excellent staff and brand-new, reasonably priced rooms. It is in a great and magnificent location, only a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a great restaurant inside the property. It's a modern and beautifully kept hotel, my first choice in Ooltewah.

Really nice place for wedding. Brand-new hotel in a very comfortable area just next door to food restaurants, and Cleveland. The location was comfortable and magnificent and the staff members were knowledgeable. A nice size and reasonably priced rooms with a good breakfast available. Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave.

Beds were a little hard.

The spot was great because it was super close to a restaurant and a park in Chattanooga. 🍔 Plus, it was right in the middle of Jackson, making it easy to get around everywhere.

This place is spotless, the staff is excellent, and it's conveniently located near the park with spacious, well-equipped rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and shopping spots in the NE Chattanooga area, Ooltewah. the room was well-equipped and clean, and the breakfast offered was good. Its proximity to the park is fantastic, and we enjoyed the local cuisine at the restaurant.

had an amazing stay at holiday inn express in ooltewah! exceeded my expectations with their exceptional staff and delicious breakfast. angela milchak was a pleasure to interact with. the cozy dining room and variety of breakfast options made mornings enjoyable.

Towels and washclothes were missing.

Friendly staff, check-in was a breeze. the room was nicely decorated and tidy, plus the bed was comfy. the bathroom was clean too! 😊

They had some pretty healthy food options to choose from, which was great 👍.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we needed, including a variety of restaurants and a nearby park. The room was nicely appointed, with a sitting area, fridge, sink, microwave. The bed was comfortable with lovely bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet despite being busy.

The biscuits were burnt, the sausages tasted like rubber, and the powdered eggs were inedible. The breakfast area was poorly stocked, with items like bread, muffins, and juice unavailable.

Our room was a good size, had lots of useful stuff, and the staff knew their stuff! 🌟
